Random Pictures
Here is Evan on his soap box. We turned around and there he was up the ottoman reading his scriptures. He's almost ready for a mission.
His new favorite puzzle. It's a 2 sided, 60 piece puzzle and he can do it in no time at all. He does it at least 4x/day.
Taking his sister for a stroll. He insists on pushing her when we are at the gym. Sometimes it's helpful . . . sometimes it's not so much.
Kaitlyn's 1st two teeth. Don't know if you can see them they are the two bottom front ones.

Christmas fun
This year we spent Christmas in Arizona. We had a great time.

This is Evan helping lead the singing. Evan has become quite the singer these days. Christmas morning he opened a race car track he had gotten and went in the next room to play with it. While he was playing he sang a version of "Jingle Bell Rock" at the top of his lungs. He must have done this for about an hour or so. He was so happy.
Kaitlyn was definitely the center of attention with her cousins. They all adore her and she is just fascinated with them.
Here is the traditional Moser lineup on Christmas morning.
Kaitlyn mostly enjoyed chewing on her presents.

Packing to go home. Thanks for a great Christmas!
We went on an adventure called "The North Pole Experience" where the kids got to help Santa's elves make toys for Christmas, enjoyed singing and eating cookies, and were able to meet the jolly guy himself. Needless to say they all loved it.
The kids reenacted the Christmas story on Christmas Eve. Shaliece & Scott did a great job orchestrating it. Evan & Garrett were the shepherds.
Evan got his new favorite movie for Christmas, "How to Train a Dragon".
Steve got a suitcase of money which couldn't be more perfect for him. This year he may even spend the money to get a Kinect game system.
Becca got some great sewing equipment and a pressure cooker.
Cousinly love.
Evan just idolizes his oldest cousin Parker.
Ryan & Parker introduced Evan to basketball. I think we know what next Christmas will bring, if we can wait that long.

Thanksgiving & Evan's Birthday
This year we spent Thanksgiving in MA. My first Thanksgiving home since I left for college 10 years ago. It was great and I was very thankful to be there.
It was very fitting that I was able to attend my 10yr high school reunion while we were back. It was great seeing old friends.

Evan had a great time playing at Grandma & Grandpa's house and running outside. He and all the boys spent one day at my uncle's barn having a bonfire and climbing the in the "caves" otherwise known as piles of rocks. Another thing Evan really enjoyed, but we don't have pictures of it, was going to "Grinch Park" or Bright Nights. They have light displays all over the park and you drive through listening to Christmas music. One section was Who-ville and Evan loved it.

I got to show Steve, Evan & Kaitlyn the real way to pick a Christmas tree out, on a tree farm. Thanks mom for getting a tree even though you won't be there on Christmas. Nate, It's a good thing you won't be home to see it; you'd be sadly disappointed. The tree was a far cry from our normal 15 footer. We'll do that next year. : )

Evan had his 3rd birthday while we were there.
This year he knew exactly what to do with the cake and wasn't shy about it.
Last year he was too interested in his cousins toys to eat cake.

New Digital SLR Camera
We got each other an early Christmas present - so we could use it on our trips to MA and AZ. Here are 4 of the 250 pictures we took on the first day. Coincidently, we got the camera just in time for Kaitlyn's first bike ride and her first swing. It's hard to believe she'll be 6 months old on Thanksgiving, and Evan will be 3 the Sunday after.

Happy Halloween
Sorry these pictures aren't the best. I can't find our battery charger for our camera. Arrrg, perfect timing with Halloween. So for right now we are using Steve's phone.
Kaitlyn won 1st prize at our community's costume contest. She was pretty cute little ladybug if I do say so myself.
Evan calls himself "LightningMcEvan" the race car driver.
Lately Evan runs around the house with his cowboy hat on and his super hero cape. He is so funny. Kaitlyn loves watching him.
